Shipping policy

At Fajr2Isha, every item is made to order to ensure quality and care in each piece. Because of this, please allow 1–2 business days for production before your order is shipped. During busy periods or holidays, production may take up to 2–5 business days. Please note: items from different collections may be produced and shipped separately.

Once dispatched, our average delivery times are as follows. Orders within the United Kingdom typically arrive within 3–5 business days. Deliveries to Europe usually take around 5–7 business days. For EFTA and Northern European countries, delivery can take between 5–15 business days. Orders shipped to the rest of the world generally arrive within 10–30 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, customs processing, or peak periods. You will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched so you can follow its journey.
