Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. All of our items are made to order, produced especially for you once your order is placed. For this reason, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, sizing issues, or colour preference.

However, if your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will of course make it right.

To report an issue, please contact us at admin@fajr2isha.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order, including your order number and clear photos of the issue. Please do not send any items back without contacting us first, as items returned without prior approval cannot be accepted.

If a return is approved, we will provide return instructions. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of inspection. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Exemptions:
Because all items are made to order, we cannot accept returns for personalised or custom products, sale items, or gift cards.
